Associate Producer (Singapore Citizens / PRs only)
As an Associate Producer, you will take full ownership of projects—from concept to final delivery—while guiding Assistant Producers and coordinating cross‑functional teams. You are expected to balance creative vision with practical logistics, ensuring every production meets schedule, budget and quality targets. This role suits a resourceful, self‑directed professional who thrives on managing multiple projects and motivating others.
End‑to‑End Project Management – Lead multiple productions concurrently, creating and driving project plans, timelines and milestones.
Creative Development – Collaborate with Directors and clients to refine briefs, shape scripts/storyboards and safeguard the creative vision throughout production.
Budget Ownership – Build and manage full production budgets; track spend, approve purchases and deliver accurate cost reports.
Resource & Crew Leadership – Select, contract and supervise talent, crew and vendors; mentor Assistant Producers and interns.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison – Act as the primary point of contact, provide progress updates, handle feedback rounds and manage expectations.
On‑Set Production Oversight – Run the floor: solve on‑the‑spot issues, maintain safety and productivity, and ensure adherence to call sheets.
Post‑Production Supervision – Oversee edits, colour, sound and graphics; schedule reviews; secure sign‑off; ensure final assets meet technical and brand standards.
Process & Documentation – Keep thorough records (contracts, releases, risk assessments) and generate weekly status/cost reports for leadership.
Quality & Compliance – Uphold legal, safety and broadcast standards; coordinate permits and insurance as required.
Minimum 3 years’ proven production experience, with at least one year in a project‑leading or junior‑producing role.
Diploma / Degree in Film, Media, Communications or related field preferred.
Demonstrated success delivering multiple projects on time and on budget.
Solid grasp of production workflows, scheduling software (e.g. StudioBinder, ShotGrid) and basic post‑production tools.
Strong financial acumen—competent with spreadsheets and cost management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication; confident presenting to clients and negotiating with vendors.
Proactive problem‑solver able to stay calm under pressure and make decisive calls on set.
