Vicinity Studio is seeking a highly organized and creative Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various video projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all elements align with the client's vision and our studio's standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of production, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
Lead the development and production of video projects, including commercials, corporate videos, documentaries, and digital content.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring their ideas are feasible within budget and time constraints.
Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other production staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality production.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial limits.
Handle logistical aspects of production, including permits, location scouting, casting, and equipment rental.
Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external suppliers.
Ensure all legal and compliance guidelines are followed during production.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in video production, with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with team members and clients.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with digital content creation and a keen understanding of current trends in media production.
Technical skills in video editing software and equipment are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, as required by production schedules.
