Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Post Producer to join our team on-site in Kota Damansara. In this role, you will be the bridge between clients and the post-production team. You will oversee the entire post-production process—from project kickoff to final delivery—ensuring deliverables meet our high-quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Coordinate schedules, resources, and tasks throughout the post-production cycle to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients during post-production, managing feedback, revisions, and expectations effectively.
Team Coordination: Work closely with editors, sound engineers, colorists, and other post-production professionals to maintain quality and consistency across all projects.
Quality Control: Review and refine video edits, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve post-production workflows, adopting new tools and techniques for efficiency and creativity.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain project files, ensuring a clear archival process and accessibility for future use.
Qualifications
Post-Production & Video Production: Demonstrated expertise in managing post-production tasks, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
Project Management: Proven track record of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
Video Editing Software: Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or related tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
Interpersonal Skills: Capacity to build positive working relationships with clients and team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you pass this stage, you may have one more interview. Then you will receive a formal job offer, if you are considered a good fit, and we hope that is mutual at that stage, of course.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We aim to evaluate all candidate responses within 2 weeks and to get back to you in the following week. If you are our top candidate, you should receive a job proposal within 2 weeks of the last interview.
Will my recordings be kept forever?
No. Hirevire - the system that we are using - will remove the recordings within 90 days.
