Styleframe Design: Create original visual concepts and storyboards in Photoshop/Illustrator before moving into production.
Motion Graphics: Execute high-quality 2D animations with a focus on smooth timing, easing, and visual flow.
Compositing & Light VFX: Handle "invisible" VFX tasks such as motion tracking, rotoscoping, masking, etc to seamlessly integrate motion elements into footage.
Graphic Design: Create materials including but not limited to social media graphics, email templates, ads, brochures, annual reports, presentations, mascot design and websites. Prepare final files for print and digital production.
Workflow Optimization: Utilize industry-standard plugins and extensions (e.g., Overlord, Motion v4, Joysticks 'n Sliders) to fasten production and maintain scalability.
Team Collaboration: Attend and contribute to weekly meetings and stay synchronized with the creative team during standard company hours.
Stay updated with current with trends, tools, and best practices
Software Mastery: Expert-level Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Understanding of C4D, Blender, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve will be good to have.
Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory for creating styleframes.
Compositing: Proficiency in keying, tracking (Mocha/AE), and layering elements for a cohesive final look.
Tool Savvy: Expert use of third-party scripts and plugins to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in motion graphics or a similar creative role.
Schedule: Ability to work Full-Time within designated company hours and attend all scheduled team syncs.
Portfolio: A showreel that highlights both strong 2D animation and original design work (stills/styleframes).
Communication: Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Reliability: High level of discipline regarding deadlines and real-time communication.

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you pass this stage, you may have one more interview. Then you will receive a formal job offer, if you are considered a good fit, and we hope that is mutual at that stage, of course.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We aim to evaluate all candidate responses within 2 weeks and to get back to you in the following week. If you are our top candidate, you should receive a job proposal within 2 weeks of the last interview.
Will my recordings be kept forever?
No. Hirevire - the system that we are using - will remove the recordings within 90 days.
