This is an on-site role based in Singapore for a Business Development & Account Executive, open to both internship and contract applicants.
For candidates applying for the internship track, this will be a 6-month internship with the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion.
For candidates applying for the contract track, this will be a full-time contract role focused on driving business growth, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
In this role, you will support or lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution, and ensuring excellent client servicing to maintain and grow key accounts. The scope and level of responsibility will be adjusted based on whether you join as an intern or as a contract hire.
Interest or experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities
Interest or experience in Account Management and managing client relationships
Strong ability in Relationship Building and cultivating long-term partnerships
Competence in delivering strong Customer Service and client support
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience or interest in the creative, media, or digital marketing industry is advantageous
